S-CAR Member Lee Levitt has been doing this charity bike ride for years. It would be great if some fellow members of S-CARS could step up and help to support his cause with some donations. The message below is from Lee...Early this year, at the tail end of the recession, I committed to raising atleast $4,200 for the Dana Farber and cancer research. I'm on the hook for this$4,200...if I don't raise it through donations, my credit card will be chargedfor the balance due. I take this leap of faith annually, trusting that I willreceive the help I need to reach this goal (and beyond).This year's Pan Mass Challenge will be my 13th, and I've set a personal, post-recession goal of raising $10,000 for cancer research.The following link will give you some insight into why I ride.  AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – Audi will be the official automotive sponsor of Art Chicago, America’s longest-running international modern and contemporary art fair. During Art Chicago, Audi will introduce the Audi RS 4 Art car created by Brazilian-born Pop artist Romero Britto.
Involvement in contemporary art and design has long been a component of Audi’s corporate culture – partnering with some of the world’s most renown shows – among them Design Miami/ 2006, the Armory Show 2007 in New York and latest Art Chicago. “Being involved in cutting-edge art events is a natural fit for Audi as a progressive premium brand” says Johan de Nysschen, Executive Vice President in charge of Audi of America. “Art Chicago is another opportunity for us to demonstrate our commitment to design by exhibiting the RS 4 Art Car which is a piece of art on its own.”

PRE-ORDER CUT OFF DATE EXTENDED... IF YOU WANT ONE DON'T DELAY
The group purchase of Audi UrS4 and UrS6 hoods is moving forward. Fiber Images now wants us to collect an initial downpayment before production of the hoods begins. In order to keep things well organized, we're created an online pre-order tracking system that will allow us to coordinate all interested parties, collect downpayments, and pass on the latest updates on a one-on-one basis. How will this work? The first step is to submit your pre-order via our online store. This will signal your intent to purchase a hood as well as give us your contact information so we know how to keep in touch with you.
It should be mentioned that S-CARS.ORG is in no way affiliated with Fiber Images, nor will S-CARS.ORG profit in any way from coordinating this group purchase effort. We're doing this in hopes of getting this project moving forward and into production as quickly as possible. If you want a carbon fiber hood for your 1992-1997 Audi S4 or S6 then do not delay. Submit your pre-order intent right away!
